What is powder coating? Powder coating is a showroom quality finish that is strongly bonded to the coated part. Additionally, It is a solvent-free, non-toxic, environmentally friendly method of coating your parts.
What are the advantages? Powder coatings are extremely tough and durable. The coating melts into one continuous sheet over the part, offering a very protective barrier along with a beautiful finish.
How much does it cost? Generally, the cost is actually less than traditional methods of paint application.
What colors and finishes are available? Literally, every color of the rainbow and then some! All gloss ranges are available and textures abound. Think of the possibilities with patterns like wrinkles, textures, veined patterns, gators, metallics, weathered appearances, and even oxidized metals. Clear coat is also available.

Our equipment is top of the line and offers a consistent paint deposit regardless of surface irregularities or uneven areas in your parts.
What can be powder coated? Currently, we can coat any metallic, conductive surface. Soon we will be coating plastics and wood surfaces.
How long does it take? Most jobs can be done in 2-3 days with stock colors.
What size part can you do? Our standard size range is up to 72 x 60 x 54 inches, although we may be able to coat larger sizes on special request.
What kind of surface prep is necessary? Generally, the steps and applications done prior to powder coating are: degreasing, etching, and sealing. Rusty parts should be sandblasted prior to coating (or any painting for that matter) and then a special primer is applied.
